Outdoor Retailer is where we go to discover the groundbreaking technologies designed to make you go faster, harder, and stronger. But after the most hardcore outdoor pursuits, we just want the fuzziest, warmest gear out there. This is what we’ll be wearing around the cabin in winter 2021.

Cozy meets functional. These mid-rise wool booties are lined with faux shearling for warmth and outfitted with a grippy, non-marking outsole—the same as Xtratuf’s workhorse Legacy boot. Made for fishermen in cold climes, they work just as well at home, too.

After a long day on the slopes, all we’ll want to do is envelop ourselves in these 100-percent recycled polyester fuzz (not a technical term) pants. With spacious, fleece-lined pockets and a roomy, jogger-style fit, they’re born to chill.

Sherpa fleece has taken over the outdoor world. We were already fans of Rumpl’s classic puffy blankets, but the added fuzzy layer on this post-consumer recycled, 30-denier ripstop polyester throw made us want to steal it right off the show floor.

Perfect for any soak or steam, this wrap is lined with cotton terry fabric. But for such a simple garment, it’s packed with features: a zippered, water-resistant pocket for your phone, a sunglasses loop, and a beer holder. With a slimmer, shorter cut, it moves better than a classic robe—in case your aprés activities involve sneaking over fences. We won’t judge.

Overalls and fleece are a match made in heaven. This piece beckoned to us with its full-length fuzz, made from polyester fleece and packed with pockets. Who says comfort can’t be utilitarian?
