An exhibition of work by University of Evansville art students who drew inspiration from the trails at Angel Mounds State Historic Site will open with a public reception at 7 p.m. today.
The show, which features photographs, sculpture, paintings, drawings, metalwork and jewelry by students of UE art instructors Frances Cadora and Julie R. Hope, will remain through May 9 in the visitors center at Angel Mounds, 8215 Pollack Ave.
Stone Roses will provide live music, and Turtle Run Winery will present a tasting at the free, public reception.
